• Co-ordinate with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly • Ensure that all team members work together to achieve the highest possible quality of food and beverages served, whilst also ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor sales, staff performance, and inventory usage. • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure prompt deliveries at optimum costs • Ensure all restaurant assets are maintained • Recruit new staff members and oversee their training • Evaluate staff performance and take necessary measures to improve where needed • Ensure that company policies as well as municipal regulations are being followed • Continuously revise operational procedures to reduce costs and improve efficiency
